A total lifesaver, highly recommend to anyone who needs some help with healthy meal prep. We worked with Maya from Meal Prep Chef weekly for about 6 months. She made delicious and healthy meals for me and my family, customizing to our preferences and my dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free). Some of our favorites where her bolognese sauce, her inverted shephard's pie, and her breakfast sausage. So helpful during a very busy season for us, which would otherwise have involved a ton of takeout!

I was extremely happy with the service! It began with an in-depth interview with Alyssa, who carefully surveyed all possible preferences for every member of my family—including ingredient choices, favorite cuisines, and dietary considerations. She was incredibly thorough. For our first session, two chefs came to our home and prepared three different meals. After that, our assigned chef, Alyssa (a different one), continued on a regular basis. She has been wonderful—always punctual, professional, and meticulous in leaving our kitchen spotless each week. The meals were not only delicious but also easy to serve and consistently varied. As the weeks passed, we provided feedback by rating and commenting on different dishes, and the menus were thoughtfully adjusted to reflect our preferences. Alyssa handled all the ingredient ordering, making the entire process seamless. This service has saved me so much time and has truly made life easier for our family. Highly recommend!

The team at Meal Prep Chef have been wonderful! They are very organized and professional. I love that our fridge is now stocked with healthy meals which have been catered towards our food preferences and dietary restrictions. We are grateful for the time they have given us back in our day! My husband and I get to eat dinner earlier and clean up is a breeze since we no longer have cutting boards and pans to wash. It's been so nice not having to plan meals and skip grocery shopping. If this is something you are thinking about, don't hesitate - we are so happy we made this decision.

This has been such an amazing experience! Chef Patrick made delicious meals that our whole family loved. It was such a treat having home cooked, delicious meals and we had plenty of leftovers for lunches. I highly recommend this service!

I LOVE Meal Prep Chef! Joan and Nicole are amazing! If you and your family love great tasting, healthy food, but don't have time (or in my case, the skill) to make it, HIRE them! From shopping, to cooking, to storing our meals for the week, everything was taken care of. Alyssa and her team are such a pleasure to work with -- honestly, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. They take care of everything for you. Our chef Christa is truly a magician- I did not know such flavorful meals could be home cooked in our kitchen! They make the experience extremely easy, as they do everything from ordering all the way through to a full clean up once they are done cooking. Would definitely recommend

Great experience with the whole team! Everyone is very communicative about updates, meal plans, groceries etc! The food is of COURSE delicious as well. Saved me hours of cooking each week and on top of it, they will do the dishes and clean the whole kitchen! 10/10 highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
